Prices in US dollars; sales tax is added where it applies. The 2-week trial needs a card and becomes the plan you chose unless you cancel before it ends. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancel any time and keep Premium until the end of the period. Payments aren't refunded. See the Terms, section 7.
Questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Your collection, the scanner, store inventory, selling at the counter, buy-ins, store credit and gift cards, your store page and events calendar are free, with a team of up to 6 people and 100 sealed products.
What's the difference between Collector and Store Premium?
Collector Premium is for your own collection: CSV import, analytics and value history, and deck tools. Store Premium is for a store and its team: the kiosk and order board, SKUs and labels, purchases, stock counts, reports, repricing, unlimited team and more. Store Premium also includes Collector Premium for the owner's own collection. Collector Premium doesn't include store features.
How does the free trial work?
You can start one 2-week trial per account. A card is needed to start it. If you don't cancel before it ends, it becomes the plan you chose. You can cancel in two taps from your profile.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any time and keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. Then your account moves to the free plan and nothing you've added is deleted. Payments aren't refunded.
What is Lifetime?
A one-time payment for Premium for as long as BackstockTCG runs, with no renewals. It's only on sale for a limited time after launch.
Who pays for a store's plan?
The store's owner. Store Premium covers everyone on the store's team.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where it applies. Payments are handled by Stripe. See the Terms of Service, section 7, for the full billing terms.
